The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
- (1) GAAS Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.
- (2) Local law enforcement agency the police department of a municipality or the sheriff's department of any county in this state.
- (3) Local criminal prosecutor a district attorney, a criminal district attorney, a county attorney with felony responsibility, or a county attorney who prosecutes criminal cases.
- (4) OAG Office of the Attorney General.
- (5) SANE Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner.
- (6) UGMS Uniform Grant Management Standards published by the Governor's Office of Budget and Planning.
- (7) VAG Victims' Assistance Grant.
