(a) The contractor agrees to and will comply with all terms and provisions of a contract, including but not limited to the following:
1. (1) Description of services;
2. (2) Reports as requested by the OAG;
3. (3) Standards for financial and programmatic management;
4. (4) Audit requirements;
5. (5) Terms and conditions of reimbursement;
6. (6) Confidentiality and use of client and related records;
7. (7) Copyrights, publications and patents; and
8. (8) Record retention and inspection.
(b) The contractor agrees to and will comply with all relevant state and federal laws including, but not limited to, those related to:
1. (1) Civil Rights Act;
2. (2) Rehabilitation Act;
3. (3) Americans with Disabilities Act;
4. (4) Equal Employment Opportunity;
5. (5) Debarment and Suspension;
6. (6) Smoke-Free Workplace;
7. (7) Drug-Free Workplace;
8. (8) Lobbying Disclosure;
9. (9) Immigration;
10. (10) Safety Standards;
11. (11) Public Information Act; and
12. (12) Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
