Any application who is denied funds under this program may file a written request for an administrative review and redetermination of the denial. The request shall be mailed to the Bureau of Emergency Management. Upon receipt of this request, the staff shall conduct an administrative review and this decision will be final. A written notice of the decision, either upholding or overruling the denial, will be mailed to the applicant.
