The OAG shall determine the eligibility, standards, and reasonable limits on compensation for pecuniary losses under Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Art. 56.32(a)(9), in a manner consistent with the provisions of this chapter and in accordance with any other controlling provisions of state law, including the Texas Constitution.
