1. (a) OAG grant funds may not be used for the following:

   1. (1) to pay overtime, out-of-state travel, dues, or lobbying;
   2. (2) to purchase food and beverages for meetings or program participants;
   3. (3) to fund the purchase of vehicles; or
   4. (4) to purchase promotional items or recreational activities.
2. (b) Funds may not be used to purchase any other products or services the OAG identifies as inappropriate or unallowable within the RFA.
