Each nonprofit organization receiving funds from the OAG must obtain and maintain a fidelity bond on any employee administering VADG funds. The bond must indemnify the OAG against the loss and theft of the entire amount of VADG funds. The cost of such a bond is an eligible expense of the grant. The grantee is required to maintain this coverage and keep a copy of the bond in their records.
