The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
- (1) GAAS--Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.
- (2) HUB--Historically Underutilized Businesses.
- (3) IFB--Invitation for Bid;
- (4) Local Law Enforcement Agency--the police department of a municipality or the sheriff's department of any county in this state.
- (5) Local Criminal Prosecutor--a district attorney, a criminal district attorney, a county attorney with felony responsibility, or a county attorney who prosecutes criminal cases.
- (6) OAG--Office of the Attorney General.
- (7) RFP--Request for Proposal;
- (8) UGMS--Uniform Grant Management Standards published by the Governor's Office of Budget and Planning.
- (9) VADG--Victims' Assistance Discretionary Grant.
