The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) Obligee--The person to whom child support is due.
2. (2) Obligor--The person who owes child support.
3. (3) Parties--The parties to a Chapter 232 hearing are the petitioner, the obligor, and the designated representative of the Title IV-D agency in a Title IV-D case.
4. (4) Petitioner--The party filing the Petition to Suspend License; the petitioner may be the designated representative of a child support agency, or the obligee, either personally or through his or her representative.
5. (5) Representative--An attorney licensed in the State of Texas or another state or a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas or another state.
6. (6) Title IV-D agency--The agency designated by Texas law to perform the functions and provide the services required by Title IV-D of the Social Security Act.
