Transcripts submitted to the Bond Division of the attorney general's office for approval shall be in the following form.
- (1) Each transcript shall be securely and conveniently bound by ordinary stationer's fastening devices.
- (2) Transcript page size shall not exceed the dimensions of standard legal size paper, and each line of each page should be entirely legible. (Oversize documents, such as maps and charts, should be folded within legal size dimensions and should be bound so as to be opened fully without removal from binding.)
- (3) All pages, exhibits, and attachments shall be mounted so as to be read without detachment.
- (4) Transcripts exceeding 3/4 inch thickness shall contain table of contents keyed to page numbers or right-side tab numbers of documents contained.
- (5) Each transcript shall be arranged in chronological order or in some other consistent, logical arrangement so as to facilitate expeditious examination and to minimize the necessity for nonconsecutive reading.
