1. (a) The date of a pledge of a contribution is the date the pledge was accepted, regardless of when the pledge is actually received.
2. (b) Except as provided by subsection (c), a pledge of a contribution shall be reported on the pledge schedule for the reporting period in which the pledge was accepted.
3. (c) A pledge of a contribution that is actually received in the reporting period in which the pledge was accepted, shall be reported on the contribution schedule or the loan schedule, as applicable, and in accordance with subsection (a).
