- (a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, if the deadline for a report falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal state or national holiday, the report is due on the next regular business day.
- (b) Subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a report required by §20.221 of this title (relating to Telegram Report by Certain Candidates), §20.333 of this title (relating to Telegram Report by Certain Specific-Purpose Committees), or §20.435 of this title (relating to Telegram Report by Certain General-Purpose Committees). Reports under those sections are due on the date assigned by those sections.
