Forms Used by a Local Filing Authority

A local filing authority shall require any report filed with that authority under this title or by a law administered and enforced by the commission to be on a form prescribed under §18.1 of this title (relating to Adoption and Revision of Forms) or approved and certified under §18.11 of this title (relating to Substitution or Replication of Forms).
