- (a) FPP grantees must maintain, for the time period specified by the HHSC, all records pertaining to client services, contracts, and payments.
- (b) FPP grantees must comply with the Medicaid program record retention requirements found in §354.1004 of this title (relating to Retention of Records).
- (c) All records relating to services must be accessible for examination at any reasonable time to representatives of HHSC and as required by law.
