1. (a) If there is a discrepancy between the retailer management EBT contractor's settlement total and a retailer's or third-party processor's settlement total, the retailer or third party-processor must:

   1. (1) notify the retailer management EBT contractor in writing within 10 banking business days after discovering the discrepancy; and
   2. (2) submit all applicable documentation.
2. (b) The retailer management EBT contractor rejects discrepancies or adjustments reported more than 90 days after the settlement date.
