How does DHS reimburse retailers and third-party processors for EBT transactions?

- (a) The retailer or third-party processor must have a bank account with a federally insured financial institution capable of accepting credits and debits in the Automated Clearing House Network (ACH) format.
- (b) The retailer management EBT contractor transfers the reimbursement for EBT transactions into the third-party processor's bank account for reimbursement to the retailer's bank account.
