1. (a) This subchapter describes the disclosure requirements for applications and screening criteria used by the HHSC Office of Inspector General (HHSC-OIG) in making a recommendation for an enrollment determination.

2. (b) This subchapter applies to:

   1. (1) all applicants for enrollment as a provider in the Medicaid program or the Children's Health Insurance Program; and
   2. (2) if requested by a health and human services agency, applicants for enrollment with a health and human services agency program.
