Requirement to Report Changes

(a) A recipient must report:
1. (1) a change of address; and
2. (2) termination of the pregnancy.
(b) If a recipient reports a change described in subsection (a) of this section, HHSC takes appropriate action to adjust or deny Medicaid and sends a written notice of action taken to the recipient.
