In computing any period of time prescribed under this subchapter, the period begins on the day after the act or event in question and concludes on the last day of the period; however, if the last day is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the last day runs until the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.
