1. (a) Physicians as telemedicine distant site providers, as defined in §354.1430(2) of this title (relating to Definitions), are reimbursed for their Medicaid telemedicine professional services in the same manner as their other professional services in accordance with §355.8085 of this title (relating to Texas Medicaid Reimbursement Methodology (TMRM) for Physicians and Certain Other Practitioners).
2. (b) Telemedicine patient site locations, as defined in §354.1430(5) of this title, are reimbursed a facility fee determined by the Health and Human Services Commission.
