1 Tex. Admin. Code § 354.4001 – Purpose and Authority

The purpose of this subchapter is to describe requirements related to electronic visit verification authorized by:

(1) Title XIX, Section 1903(l) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. §1396b(l));
(2) Texas Government Code Chapter 532, Subchapter F; and
(3) Texas Human Resources Code §161.086.
