1. (a) HHSC administers the STAR Health program.
2. (b) Rules governing the operation of the STAR Health program will be in accordance with Subchapter E of this chapter (relating to Standards for Medicaid Managed Care).
3. (c) HHSC selects one or more STAR Health MCOs using the purchasing methods described in Chapter 391, Subchapter D of this title (relating to Purchases of Goods and Services).
4. (d) The STAR Health program serves members in all service areas of the state through one statewide service area.
