- (a) Managed Care Organizations (MCO) must maintain compliance with the Texas Insurance Code and rules promulgated and administered by the Texas Department of Insurance requiring a fiscally sound operation.
- (b) The Commission may share in the experience rebates in accordance with §353.3, Experience Rebate in Managed Care Organization.
- (c) The Commission may establish incentive payment programs to encourage MCOs to meet or exceed the goals and objectives of the Medicaid Managed Care Program established by the Commission through its contract.
