1 Tex. Admin. Code § 252.2 – Purchase of Goods and Services: Historically Underutilized Businesses.

In accordance with Government Code §2161.003, the Commission adopts by reference the Historically Underutilized Business rules of the Comptroller of Public Accounts in 34 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 20, relating to the Historically Underutilized Business Program.
