Accessibility Survey and Reporting Requirements

- (a) Each institution of higher education shall be required to complete the accessibility survey the department distributes pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2054.464 and §213.4(d) of this chapter within the prescribed deadlines established by the department.
- (b) Each institution of higher education shall support their survey responses with institutional documentation.
