Pursuant to Texas Government Code §2161.003, the department adopts by reference the Historically Underutilized Business Program rules of the General Services Commission, as such rules may be amended by the commission from time to time. The rules may be found at 1 T.A.C. §111.11-111.27 or may be obtained by contacting the department's HUB coordinator at (512) 475-4700.
