Information regarding application deadlines listed in this chapter relate to the standard Criminal Justice Division grant cycle. CJD may, however, fund grants outside of this cycle or at amounts higher or lower than those listed in this chapter. Additionally, CJD reserves the right, under rare circumstances, to waive rules within this chapter if CJD determines that such an action is in the best interest of the state and the rule to be waived is not required by another state or federal rule or statute.
