1. (a) All decisions to fund grant requests rest completely within the discretionary authority of CJD. The receipt of an application for grant funding by CJD does not obligate CJD to fund the grant or to fund it at the amount requested.
2. (b) CJD makes no commitment that a grant, once funded, will receive priority consideration for subsequent funding.
