Each grantee must accept or reject a grant award within 45 days of the date upon which CJD issues a Statement of Grant Award. CJD may extend this deadline upon request from the applicant. The authorized official designated under §3.2501 of this chapter must formally accept the grant in writing before the grantee may receive any grant funds from CJD.
