. (a) This chapter does not prohibit a company electing under this chapter from electing incentive regulation under Chapter 58.

1. (b) If a company makes an election under Chapter 58, the infrastructure commitment made under this chapter offsets the infrastructure commitment required in connection with the Chapter 58 election.
