(a) A person commits an offense if the person:
- (1) violates a rule adopted under this chapter; or
- (2) fails to register a vehicle required to be registered under this chapter.
- (b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
- (c) Each day a violation of a rule occurs is a separate offense under this section.
