Tex. Transp. Code § 504.647 – Fight Terrorism License Plates

(a) The department shall issue Fight Terrorism specialty license plates that include a pentagon-shaped border surrounding:
1. (1) the date "9-11-01" with the likeness of the World Trade Center towers forming the "11";
2. (2) the likeness of the United States flag; and
3. (3) the words "Fight Terrorism."
(b) The fee shall be deposited to the credit of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles fund.
