Unless the context otherwise requires, in this chapter:

1. (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
2. (2) "Corporation" means the La Joya Water Supply Corporation.
3. (3) "Director" means a member of the board.
4. (4) "District" means the Agua Special Utility District.
