1. (a) On written request, the department shall provide information held by the department on:

   1. (1) the current ownership and location of a manufactured home; and
   2. (2) the existence of all tax liens on that home for which notice has been filed with the department.

2. (b) A request under Subsection (a) must contain:

   1. (1) the name of the owner of the home as reflected on the statement of ownership; or
   2. (2) the identification number of the home.
