Text of section effective on September 01, 2011

1. (c) A provisional license is valid until the date the board approves or denies the provisional license holder's application for a license. The board shall issue a license under this chapter to a provisional license holder if:

   1. (1) the provisional license holder passes the licensing examination under Section 801.253;
   2. (2) the board verifies that the provisional license holder has the academic and experience requirements to qualify for a license; and
   3. (3) the provisional license holder satisfies any other license requirement under this chapter.
2. (d) The board shall complete the processing of a provisional license holder's application for a license not later than the 180th day after the date the provisional license is issued.
