1. (a) Each member of the board is entitled to a per diem set by legislative appropriation for each day the member engages in board business.
2. (b) A member is entitled to reimbursement for transportation expenses as prescribed by the General Appropriations Act. A member may not receive reimbursement for any other travel expenses, including expenses for meals and lodging.
