1. (a) The department shall develop a system to identify and monitor a podiatrist's compliance with this chapter and any order issued by the commission or executive director under this chapter.

2. (b) The department, during reasonable business hours, may enter the business premises of a person regulated by the department under this chapter without notice to:

   1. (1) investigate a complaint filed with the department; or
   2. (2) determine compliance with an order of the commission or executive director issued under this chapter.
