APPLICATION FOR VEHICLE LESSOR'S LICENSE

Sec. 2301.261. APPLICATION FOR VEHICLE LESSOR'S LICENSE

(a) An application for a vehicle lessor's license must:
1. (1) be on a form prescribed by the department;
2. (2) contain evidence of compliance with Chapter 503, Transportation Code, if applicable; and
3. (3) state other information required by the department.
(b) This chapter does not require a separate license for each employee of a vehicle lessor.
