1. (a) Fees deposited in the general fund of a county or in a separate county fund under Section 1704.101(2) may be used only to administer and enforce this chapter, including reimbursement for:

   1. (1) reasonable expenses incurred by the board in enforcing this chapter; and
   2. (2) actual expenses incurred by a board member in serving on the board.
2. (b) For purposes of this section, serving on a board is an additional duty of a board member's office. A board member may not receive compensation for serving on a board.
