- (a) A person commits an offense if the person fails to surrender or immediately return to the commission the person's registration, commission, pocket card, or other identification issued to the person by the commission on notification of a summary suspension or summary denial under Section 1702.364.
- (b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
