1. (a) The policy must cover at least two employees on the date the policy is issued.
2. (b) Repealed by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1073, Sec. 2, eff. June 18, 2005.

3. (c) A policy as to which the insured employees do not pay any part of the premium must insure:

   1. (1) all eligible employees; or
   2. (2) all eligible employees except any employees as to whom evidence of individual insurability is not satisfactory to the insurer.
