(a) This section applies to the death certificate of a person who:
(b) The funeral director or the person in charge of the disposition of the body shall supply on the reverse side of the death certificate:
(d) When the death certificate of a person to which this section applies is filed with the vital statistics unit, the department shall submit to the Texas Veterans Commission deidentified information on the person's:
(e) Not later than December 1 of each year, the Texas Veterans Commission shall prepare and submit to the governor, lieutenant governor, speaker of the house of representatives, and standing committees of the legislature with primary jurisdiction over veterans affairs and publish on the commission's Internet website a written report that contains:
