A dealer, agent, investment adviser, or investment adviser representative regulated under this title shall prominently display at all times in the person's place of business:

1. (1) a sign containing the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the board; and
2. (2) a statement informing consumers that complaints against a dealer, agent, investment adviser, or investment adviser representative may be directed to the board.
