1. (a) Not later than November 15 of each even-numbered year, the department shall report on the status, progress, benefits, and efficiency gains of the project. The department shall provide the report to:

   1. (1) the presiding officer of each house of the legislature;
   2. (2) the chair of each committee in the legislature that has primary jurisdiction over the department;
   3. (3) the governor; and
   4. (4) each state agency or local government participating in the project.
2. (b) Not later than November 15 of each even-numbered year, the department shall report on financial matters, including project costs and revenues, and on any significant issues regarding contract performance on the project.

3. (c) The department shall provide the report to:

   1. (1) the presiding officer of each house of the legislature; and
   2. (2) the chair of each committee in the legislature with primary jurisdiction over the department.
