- (a) A credit access business may not advertise on the premises of a nursing facility, assisted living facility, group home, intermediate care facility for persons with mental retardation, or other similar facility subject to regulation by the Department of Aging and Disability Services.
- (b) The finance commission may adopt rules to implement this section.
