1. (a) The application for a license under this chapter must:

   1. (1) be under oath;
   2. (2) identify the applicant's principal parties in interest; and
   3. (3) contain other relevant information that the commissioner requires.

2. (b) On the filing of a license application, the applicant shall pay to the commissioner:

   1. (1) an investigation fee not to exceed $200; and
   2. (2) a license fee in an amount determined as provided by Section 14.107.
