1. (a) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 464, Sec. 15(5), eff. September 1, 2013.

2. (b) A savings bank shall make any report the commissioner may require to administer and enforce this chapter. A report under this section must be:

   1. (1) in the form and manner the commissioner prescribes; and
   2. (2) filed on the date the commissioner prescribes.
