1. (a) When a person who is appointed guardian has qualified under Section 1105.002, the clerk shall issue to the guardian a certificate under the court's seal stating:

   1. (1) the fact of the appointment and of the qualification;
   2. (2) the date of the appointment and of the qualification; and
   3. (3) the date the letters of guardianship expire.
2. (b) The certificate issued by the clerk under Subsection (a) constitutes letters of guardianship.
