1. (a) Not later than the 10th day after the date an election services contract is executed, the county election officer shall file a copy of the contract with:

   1. (1) the county treasurer or, in a county not having a treasurer, the county judge; and
   2. (2) the county auditor or, in a county not having an auditor, the county judge.
2. (b) Repealed by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 711 (H.B. 3107), Sec. 99(5), eff. September 1, 2021.
