- (a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), after correcting the registration records with respect to a voter, if necessary, the registrar shall promptly issue the voter a registration certificate containing the appropriate corrections and deliver it to the voter.
- (b) A corrected certificate is not required for a correction to the registration records under Section 15.022(a)(5).
