In this subchapter:

1. (1) "Coordinating board" means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

2. (2) "Eligible institution" means:

   1. (A) a public junior college;
   2. (B) a public technical institute;
   3. (C) a public state college; or
   4. (D) the Polytechnic College at Sam Houston State University.
3. (3) "Public junior college," "public technical institute," and "public state college" have the meanings assigned by Section 61.003.
